Product-to-Market is a training and coaching program targeted to startups and small technology companies and teaches these businesses how to create innovative products that lead to market success. Product-to-Market is based upon a proven model of Four Key Pillars and Four Key Steps resulting in Four Key Decisions, which when followed by technology companies, significantly increases their chances of achieving market success with new products.
At the end of the Product-to-Market training and coaching program, each participant will have a clear process to identify compelling market opportunities, to deliver compelling products and to create compelling go-to-market strategies. Each participant will receive copies of all course materials, including presentation materials, exercises and worksheets. In addition, each participant will participate in a total of 10 hours of training and coaching.
The investment for each participant is $750 for the full training and coaching program and has been scheduled tentatively for the 3rd. week of February, 2012.
