Where? At the 4th Global Forum on Innovation & Technology Entrepreneurship on May 30 – June 3, 2011 in Helsinki, Finland
Who? About 350 entrepreneurs, business incubator managers, policymakers and financiers
Why? To witness how technology-led innovation supports inclusive growth, competitiveness and creation of quality jobs
The Global Forum is an opportunity to meet and learn from inspiring people building tomorrow’s most innovative businesses in developing countries. The event is an important milestone in the Creating Sustainable Businesses in the Knowledge Economy program supported by the Government of Finland and Nokia.
For the first time, an SME Fair will be held at the Global Forum. The Access to Markets & Finance initiative at infoDev addresses SME difficulties in finding partners and finance by opening opportunities to the ready and capable SMEs in its network. This Top50 competition is open to companies in the iDisc.net global network of business incubators. Further information and application details can be found here.
