Requirements:

* Customer Service phone experience is preferred.
* Extremely effective written and verbal communication skills
* A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
* Proficiency, including previous experience, with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook
* Previous CRM experience preferred
* Focused on getting positive results
* Desire for professional growth
