Statement of purpose:  The Information Technology Manager will be part of  Guatemala Information Technology department which support all IT related activities in the center. Will provide crucial knowledge in both hardware and software skills to plan, coordinate, execute, assess and maintain reliable and cost efficient information technology solutions from conception to closure respecting the project timelines, compliance and security standards.

Summary of essential job functions Experience in managing multiple IT disciplines i.e. technical support, systems architecture, wireless and voice technologies etc. A broad understanding of computer systems, applications and operating systems. Must have good soft skills, i.e. written & spoken communication, presentation, leadership, interpersonal skills etc. Able to maintain the current business IT maintenance and support activities, plan, execute and audit DRP processes to  adhere to the Business Continuity Plan. Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience) University degree in Computer Science  Minimum 8+ years working on IT operations, desktop, network, storage and server technologies.  Minimum 3+ year as a Team Leader or Manager Position.
